How a request reaches you
-
Step 1
They get guidance first
A homeowner asks about a leak, hail or an old roof. RooferMatch triages it and explains costs and claims before any roofer comes up.
-
Step 2
They choose you
They see verified members who serve their ZIP and do the work, and tick the ones they want. Nobody else gets their details.
-
Step 3
They confirm by email
They agree to be contacted by name and confirm with a code from their email. That cuts out fake numbers and drive-by form fills.
-
Step 4
You book the inspection
You get an email with their details, roof facts and the times they offered. Book one in a tap and they get a confirmation with your number.

The ground rules
Nobody pays to rank
Shortlists are ordered by fit: the work you do, claims experience when the homeowner has a claim, and how reliably you respond. How ordering works.
Verified before you're shown
We check your certificate of insurance, and a license wherever the state or city requires one, before your profile goes live. Expired insurance takes you off shortlists until it's renewed.
Pilot pricing
During the pilot, members pay per delivered request or per booked inspection, agreed with our first members. You're never charged to be listed or to rank higher.
Bad requests get credited
Wrong area, contact details that don't work, a duplicate, or not a roofing job: dispute it from the request within 14 days and we credit it if it checks out.
Pause anytime
Busy season, crew out, storm backlog: pause from the member portal and you drop off shortlists until you resume. Set a monthly cap if you want one.
Their details are for this job
Homeowners agree to be contacted about one request. If they withdraw, we tell you to stop. No marketing lists, no reselling, and we never sell their details either.
Questions roofers ask us
How much does RooferMatch cost a roofer?
Nothing to be listed. During the pilot, members pay per delivered request or per booked inspection, at a rate agreed with our first members. You're never charged to rank higher, and there's no way to buy a better spot.
Are these shared leads?
No one gets a homeowner's details unless the homeowner ticked them by name. A homeowner picks up to three roofers from a shortlist of at most five, and confirms by email before anything is sent.
What happens if a request is bad?
If it's outside your area, the contact details don't work, it's a duplicate or it isn't a roofing job, dispute it from the request within 14 days. We credit it if it checks out.
How do I get more requests?
Answer quickly and reliably. Shortlists are ordered by fit, then by how reliably you've responded over the last 90 days and how fast. Homeowners tell us whether you got in touch, and that counts.
Can I pause or cap requests?
Yes. Pause from the member portal during a busy stretch and you drop off shortlists until you resume. You can also set a monthly cap.
